For all of you who enjoy pickles, here is a dill dip. It takes only 10 minutes to prepare, is creamy, crunchy, and mildly spicy. The wait is the most difficult part! Serve alongside crunchy crackers, wavy potato chips, or raw veggies.

Made exactly recipe. Very good.
Easy and good flavor and texture. The lemon gives it a nice acidity.
Turns out good every time, I usually cut my broccoli larger for more of a crunch.
Super good Broccoli dish! I paired it with Maple Mustard Salmon (also AllRecipes, sounds weird but it also has lemon and garlic) for an excellent (and very rare) husband made dinner for my wife. She loved it and commented that the Broccoli would be excellent with virtually any Greek main.
For a more tender broccoli, steam instead of roasting! Simple yet delicious recipe!
I am not sure what happened but my family didn’t enjoy this recipe as it lacked taste. Maybe my two heads of broccoli were bigger than the authors although I did add an extra teaspoon of oil. I did reduce salt – maybe I shouldn’t have. I may try this again in the air fryer.
Roasted broccoli! Easy to make. Lucky for us the kids like their veggies, particularly broccoli. We halved one section and added a fairly amount (okay, a lot) of garlic for the adults . The squeeze of lime meant less salt. We have this on rotation. Two thumbs up.
I added waaaay more garlic and lemon to the recipe. I also air fried them instead of putting them in the oven. Will make it again.
Excellent recipe, super easy and very tasty!! I did 1/2 the salt as other reviewers suggested and Im happy I did. Perfect healthy, tasty way to eat/cook broccoli! I even forgot the Lemon, cant wait to try it with the lemon squeeze!!! Ok well I tried this again tonight and added the lemon and did not like it at all! I will continue to forget the lemon in the future!
Absopositutely phenomenal! So easy and delicious! I also used season salt in place of regular salt. A step up for flavor.
I added a lot more garlic than called for and added carrots and sliced almonds and finished with the lemon juice and added maple syrup. Must say it gets highest compliments
I could have just eaten this for dinner tonight! I too was nervous about the small amount of evoo but was perfect. I used pink Himalayan salt and an extra couple garlic cloves minced. I let sit in the bowl, “marinating” while I finished my other dishes/meal prep. Cooked 15 min @ 400 was perfect in my oven. The splash of lemon juice? Bites of roasted garlic with the broccoli? Divine!! Thanks for an easy yet wonderful side dish!
This is the only way
I think I’m in love with broccoli lol thanks for posting this amazing delicious recipe. Can’t wait to make it again
So easy and tasty! I am reducing the amount of salt! Yummy
A very simple recipe. The lemon packed lots of flavor to the broccoli. I added some fresh shredded Parmesan out the oven. Delicious 🙂
Easy and yummy!
Very good, I added parmesan cheese. I would add less lemon juice.
Loved it!!!
I actually had a suggestion for anyone of you who loves garlic! This recipe is so simple but for flavor. Instead of using plain garlic, I use roasted garlic. Take a garlic bowl cut the tops off and wrap it in aluminum foil place in the oven at about 400° for about 20 minutes. When you used oven baked garlic it’s a little on the sweeter side and goes very nicely with the way the broccoli caramelizes in the oven. If you like garlic that is. Everything else was perfect and this is the best recipe I have found so far! I didn’t make any changes except leaving the broccoli to cook for five min more, I like mine well done
The broccoli I used apparently was past its prime, so the texture and flavor weren’t the best. But I wouldn’t hesitate to make this again with fresher broccoli.
