I’m not a fan of chili powder, so I used pepper plant instead. It was fabulous! Great recipe!

Great tasting corn on the cob. I put everything on the night before and don’t know if that helped but not too much came off in the foil.

We really enjoyed this corn! Made with butter instead of mayo (because gross!) and it worked perfectly. Will definitely make again.

I liked the idea of this corn but the end result just wasn’t great. It was overly spicy, but beyond that a great deal of the seasoning stuck to the foil.

Delicious grilled corn recipe. I was terrified I’d burn it but it turned out good. The mayo was a nice change from butter. Not a huge fan of chili powder but my oldest loved it.

This is a great way to amp up grilled corn and it is simple to make. Made as written and no changes necessary.

Very good. Easy to prepare and little clean up since they are wrapped in tin foil. I’ll keep this recipe since they can be served with anything.

A little butter

I LOVE this corn. I’d add the Parmesan before adding the chili powder, otherwise not enough of the Parmesan sticks to the corn. Really delicious.

Followed the recipe exactly & it was a big hit! Loved the flavor & how easy it was to throw these on the grill with some BBQ chicken. I had them ready in the time it took the grill to heat up (charcoal) & didn’t have any trouble with the parmesan sticking & we didn’t have any oil as some others have commented. I served them with my BBQ chicken & a blue cheese potato salad (recipe on this site). Dinner was a perfect summer time meal. I’d highly recommend this recipe.

Had something very similar to this in Hawaii and fell in love with the test. This is an excellent copy. Made this as directed. Used non stick foil. Next time I will sprinkle seasonings on after it cooks. 10 min on grill was perfect.

Really came out fabulous. I added the leftover to some homemade cornbread. Really amped up the flavor.

Family loved this. Only issue was half of the parmesan came off with foil like a sheet. Any suggestions?

We just used a light layer of the mayo/seasoning mixture on our corn and liked it much better.

Hubby couldn’t get enough of it! I thought it was a little too spicy but I’m super sensitive. Would def make again and again! Made exactly as written. Thanks for the recipe.

Best corn I have ever eaten! Super delicious and the family loved it… Will make it again soon.

really good! I sprayed foil with Pam, baked in 350 oven for 40 min. It did not stick to the foil.

We loved this. Even teen son and baby girl ate it all. I’m giving 4 stars for the sticking factor. I grilled it and let it sit 10 minutes, but that didn’t help the sticking factor. I’m hoping non stick foil will work for me next time. I’ll update. I slathered on the mayo, but it didn’t leave a taste on the corn.
