These mushrooms are fantastic and I would gladly serve these to company. The overall taste is very concentrated and flavorful and these would be excellent served with steak and a glass of red wine. A perfect balance of flavors between the vinegar, beef bouillon and ricotta. You would never know by looking at them that there is ricotta (the amount is minimal), but it does add a slight hint of creaminess. I might even add more next time. I think a nice sprinkle of minced fresh parsley would be a nice addition for eye-appeal.

I am not finished making it but I added 1 knorr bouillon(chicken b/c I had no beef) and I adding cream cheese because that is all I have and it is so delicious on top of rice …I’ve been taste testing. really good dish with rice

I used this as a topping to a cauliflower pizza crust, and even my meat-loving family members enjoyed the pizza! You can leave out the ricotta if you don’t have it.

This was delicious. Like the previous reviews, I used parmesan cheese and put it over rice.

I’m telling you put it on your grilled steaks…

Instead of using Ricotta I used Parmesan. Melt in your mouth!

This is good; could use a little salt/pepper and a good sprinkling of parsley.
