This recipe for blueberry, peach, and cherry pie was sent to me by a friend who makes the nicest pies I’ve ever tasted. I use raspberries in the absence of Bing cherries.

Great way to use cabbage and onions from our garden!

I made the recipe as shown. The end result was the same as my fried cabbage, (prepared with only one tablespoon of butter.) I used the one cup of butter in the recipe but the roasting pan was just swimming in butter. I poured out as much as I could and saved the cabbage.

Super easy… I also added Red and yellow bell peppers for a little more flavor… It was delicious!!!

Super, but did make a few changes, 1/2 pound of bacon (can’t have too much right?), 1 cup chicken broth and I used olive /grapeseed oil blend instead of the butter and only used about 1/2 cup (eyeballed it).

This is so good and really easy to make. I omitted the bacon because I didn’t have any and added some garlic powder and red chili flakes. I will definitely make again!
