SO GOOD! And so easy! Loving the garlic-soy combo. I used portabella mushrooms and added some dried parsley on top for garnish. Served these as a side with an Asian-spiced salmon dish. This would probably be great with shiitake mushrooms as well.

Super simple and really delicious. You could add these to a lot of meals.

I added double the soy sauce (I used Braggs Liquid Amino/ Soy Sauce replacement)- AMAZING!! I’d never glazed mushrooms before- and I think I’ll be using this method frequently!

OMG, this is seriously AWESOME. I grilled some lamb loins and used the mushrooms as a garnish which they totally upstaged the entree. Amazing favor!

Delicious! I cut the butter in half, and added a touch of honey at the end which enhanced the flavor profile. 5 stars!

This will be my go-to recipe for mushroom sides from now on. I agree with some ppl that you can go a little light on the soy sauce or use a lighter soy sauce. Other than that, it is perfection! I added a splash of half and half and threw in minced scallions at the end because asian-style dishes that use soy sauce just taste better with scallions. I will be making this next month for the dad’s 80th birthday dinner.

This was easy and so delicious everyone enjoyed it. I doubled the recipe and it was just right to serve my family of five as a side dish. Made as stated except used 1/4 less butter.

I made this recipe as written. I made these for my husband’s birthday, and he really liked them. I don’t typically like mushrooms, and I also thought they were delicious. Next time, we will try half soy sauce and half Worcestershire.

This is actually a great recipe, except if you want to make a glaze you have to drain the liquid from the mushrooms before you add the soy sauce.

absolutely amazing. I cooked it to a point where there was a charred look to it, blends so well with the soy sauce. I put it on some leftover beef… and know now not to use that combination again haha, but the mushrooms themselves were so good! can’t wait to try it on other dishes and see what’s best

No changes… kept as is and was so delicious. My mushroom lover child LOVED IT and so did the two teens who don’t really like mushrooms. I served over steak and it was a perfect match!
