Mexican Avocado Dressing (Aderezo de Aguacate)

  4.5 – 2 reviews  • Salad Dressing Recipes

This dressing gains a natural creaminess from the avocado. The lime juice makes it pop, and the Mexican crema gives it a more genuine flavor.

It was good but I had to use 2 avocados instead of 1. I also added some Italian seasoning instead of the full amount of lime juice. Absolutely delish!
