Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
  2. 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  3. 1 ½ teaspoons sunflower seed oil
  4. 1 ½ teaspoons hazelnut oil
  5. 1 teaspoon white sugar
  6. ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  7. ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Beat mirin, champagne vinegar, sunflower seed oil, hazelnut oil, sugar, sesame oil, and ground ginger together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Let dressing sit at room temperature until the flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.
  3. You can use just 1 tablespoon of either sunflower seed oil or hazelnut oil if you don’t wish to use the half-and-half mixture of the two.

Nice, light and very delicious dressing! I served this over a simple salad, but it would be wonderful over a Chinese style chicken salad. I will be making this again~YUM! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
