Nice and fluffy. Easy to make. I doubled recipe and added 2 min to instant pot cook time
It was tasty but we had no chickpea flour so subbed almond which the great google said to do. It wouldn’t hold together. Not sure if that was the reason. So we just fried it like rice and it was still good. Also possibly I got a bit too much corn.
Easy Peasy, and perfect, you can add anything to this!!
Worked perfectly–nicely cooked and fluffly. The only issue I had is that mine stuck just slightly to the pan, but I think that’s because I didn’t release the pressure right away; mine sat for about 2 minutes before I could get to it. Make sure to release the pressure right away.
