Delicious and easy to make in a flash. Everyone I’ve cooked for has requested this simple chicken recipe because my family loves it so much!

Total Time: 5 mins

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  1. 3 large egg yolks
  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  3. 1 cup salted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine egg yolks and lemon juice in a blender. Blend on high speed. With blender running, pour in hot melted butter in a very thin stream and blend until sauce is thick and emulsified.
  2. This recipe contains raw egg. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and the infirm do not consume raw egg.

Simple and delicious! It could have used a tad of s&p but overall great recipe. I typically make this for asparagus which is my favorite veggie but hubs hates it so I roasted some broccoli and served it over that instead. Turns out, hollandaise is good on broccoli too!
