Best comfort meal ever with a zesty edge. These creamy mashed potatoes have a flavor all their own thanks to the feta and garlic. Add more feta and parsley as a garnish.

Ingredients

  1. 6 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
  2. 1 (6 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  3. ½ cup milk
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 2 tablespoons salted butter
  6. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and drain well.
  2. Mash with a potato masher until chunks are gone. Add feta cheese, milk, garlic, butter, and salt. Mix well.

I love Feta! I love garlic! I love mashed potatoes! Made zero changes. This was a super easy recipe to prepare and very delicious! While I made with my seafood dish tonight, it would pair well with many dishes (pork, chicken, beef). So glad I found this and absolutely will make again and again.
