Amazing flavor! I didn’t have any fresh ginger so I used ground but was still soooo good. I will definitely be making this more often!

Absolutely perfect! My husband not only dipped his tuna steak in it, he took one taste and then poured it all over his garden salad! Followed the recipe exactly, and now he insists I make it more often. Thanks!

Since my wife doesn’t care for any “heat” in her foods, I omitted the quarter-teaspoon of cayenne pepper. The taste of the sauce was still excellent, with the exception of having that slight “kick” from the pepper. It’s an excellent mix of ingredients which really adds to any Ahi Tuna preparation. Be sure it is prepared sufficiently in advance so that it can be served at room temperature; that way it can accompany the freshly prepared grilled tuna without the tuna cooling down.
