Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  2. 1 teaspoon curry powder
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a zip-top bag.
  2. Use to marinate 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts cut into 1-inch pieces. Marinade for 2 to 8 hours. Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill over hot coals, turning occasionally, until no longer pink in the centers, 5 to 7 minutes.
