This cheesecake is amazing on its own, but it also tastes great with sugared strawberries or blueberries on top. Yummy!

Delicious. My husband thought he didn’t like curry. This changed his mind. Used wheat thins for topping. Sweet and yummy.
YESSSSSS!!! Made as written, except I used Ritz crackers for the topping since that’s all I had. Was a little bit too salty. Next time I’ll use unsalted crackers or bread crumbs.
Didn’t have curry, so used cumin, paprika, and tumeric instead. Delish!
I made this exactly as proposed in the recipe and it was delicious. Definitely a keeper.
It was ‘okay’ but I wouldn’t make it again – too bland. Like my cauliflower with cheese sauce the best.
Super yummy! I used 2 tsp mild curry but should have used more or a little stronger. Added cooked chicken breast and used Panko w butter for the topping. Dave loves it too!
Followed the recipe as written—absolutely delicious!!! Put it in the oven in a shallow, oval baking dish— tasty, crunchy—a meal in itself!
This is delicious and easy. I had all ingredients on hand but the curry powder I have is Mild, so I ended up doubling it and adding a few teaspoons of chilli powder after I tasted the sauce. Perhaps not the absokutee healthiest recipe it could be due to the mayonnaise but it really hit the spot and was a nice treat. I will make again.
This was just ok. It was really too bland for my taste. Will add some creole spice and onions if I make again.
Everyone loves this. Some don’t even know it is cauliflower.
Love this recipe just as it is! People who swear they hate both cury and cauliflower now ask me to make this! Even the ex-husband asked for it the other day!
used 1 tablespoon curry and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne. no butter or crackers. Awesome
I thought this recipe was just okay. I like more spice and this seemed kind of bland to me. That being said, I shared it with some coworkers in the break room at lunch the next day and they really raved about it, even going back for seconds. I should say that the curry powder I had on hand was not one that I cared for. I think I’ll give it another shot with a different curry powder before I write it off completely.
My husband loved this dish. We did use a little less curry, he had never tried it before and I didn’t want too strong of a flavor. We will be making this again.
made it without the butter and crackers and everyone here liked it. Very mild curry flavour for those that are not hot curry fans 🙂
absolutely delicious! and addictive~~I could eat the whole pan!
I wish I read the negative reviews before making it. What they said.
Sooo good new favorite side dish!
Delicious and very easy to make. All family loved it. I doubled curry powder to give extra bite. I also added a bit of grated cheese to top. The crackers gives this dish some more texture.
It was super easy and very good. my whole family liked it.
Really good. I used 3/4 can cream chicken and about half the mayo. Sprinkled with cayenne pepper and topped with Panko crumbs mixed with Creole seasoning (Tony’s). Will definitely make again, maybe with cubed chicken.
