This corn was magnificent
Yum. I love cream cheese corn and this was good. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome easy side dish! We used fresh summer corn, which probably makes a big difference. Per the suggestion of other reviewers, we spiced it up a bit with some chopped jalapenos and a generous dose of Tajin (a mildly spicy Mexican spice mix.) So delicious, and it couldn’t be easier to make.
I do use the crockpot so I can basically set it and forget it, with the occasional stirring.
Just okay. Pretty weird to be honest but I thought it sounded good.
This came out good but next time I make it I think I will do half the butter because it was pretty thin instead of thicker like I had hoped.
I used parmesan cheese. Next time I’ll cook the corn and add the cheese on top. Added green onions to cut the grease. Really good.
Excellent! Easy! Not too soupy. I did use frozen sweet white corn (1 standard bag, thawed), as fresh corn was not yet in season. Although, I really don’t have the patience to cut kernels off a cob; especially when I’m having a crowd for dinner. I also cut back on the cream cheese (1/4 brick). I always keep in mind, on most recipes, ingredients can be added, but not taken out.
I halved this recipe and used 2 cans of corn. I also took the suggestion of other reviewers and liberally added red pepper flakes. My husband LOVED this!
I added chopped onion, salt , and pepper to it. Yes I ‘ll make this again
Jalapeño peppers are good in here too…

Yum! This has been a hit everytime I make it-perfect for potlucks, & so easy!!!
I grew up with this side dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I’ve always been a big fan! I don’t see why I don’t make it throughout the year… Would be awesome next pork chops too.
Love it! Added some cayenne pepper to spice it up and a little more cheese. To die for!!!
Loved it! added garlic powder, pepper, and paprika just for taste and left out the butter! so very good!
This was super easy, but needed a little more flavor. I added some garlic and onion powder and cayenne to give it a little more something. Overall, reallly good.
Delicious! Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also make in crock pot.
This is amazing if you add just a small amount of red pepper flakes! Or just regular pepper to season it a bit. But the red pepper flakes give it a flavorful kick (and I don’t even like spicy food) seriously a must for me. Then it’s 5 stars and even better the next day. 🙂
Excellent!! I added chopped jalapenos for spice. I will definitely be making this for Thanksgiving!
Follow the directions.DO NOT use a crockpot, even on low. It’s great if you do it the right way! Add a little sugar if you like it the southern way!
