Ingredients
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup steak sauce (such as A.1.®)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Whisk pineapple juice, orange juice, sugar, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger together in a bowl until evenly combined.
- Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add the steak (preferably rib-eye), coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator, rotating after 2 to 3 days, until steak is fully marinated, 4 to 6 days total.

24 hours was plenty of marinade time for me. This was good but I will definitely reduce the amount of sugar next time if not leave it out altogether. Super tender and juicy but just a little too sweet for me.
