My children enjoy this on toast or muffins on a hectic school day. I always have a batch available. They say the flavor is similar to Texas Roadhouse® butter.

Reviews
It was good, but not as good as what I’ve bought at the deli. Next time I’m going to double the cinnamon to ½ tsp. to give it more flavor. From other reviews, I never knew nutmeg was such a controversial spice! (lol) but I like the flavor twist from the nutmeg.
well i did a double batch and i eyeballed the rest of the ingredients cause when i put what the recipe says it still tasted like butter so after i had the amount i wanted in then i tasted it and it was a hit now i suggest for nutmeg did put what the recipe said to put i put less cause i find the nutmeg over powers the other ingredients but that is up to you all i know my grandma use to buy cinnamon spread all the time well the way i did it tasted just like the one my grandma use to buy i will continue to make this ty for the recipe ejoy everyone it is an awesome recipe
Tasty – but I’d cut back on the nutmeg or leave it totally out next time.
