I received this hot dish from a close friend. Since then, it has evolved into a need for the holidays and all other important occasions! It can be finished in one sitting by my husband and my three brothers! After trying it, everyone wants the recipe!

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup olive oil
  2. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. You can use 1 teaspoon dried parsley in place of the fresh parsley.
  3. Combine marinade and 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Toss until chicken is evenly coated, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight. Cook chicken using desired method.

Oh wow!! This was so good! I let the marinade set up overnight and the chicken thighs had a ton of flavor. Everyone needs to try this! Followed as written
