Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  4. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  5. 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1. Stir parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well combined.
