Simple and a great healthy snack!! Highly recommend.

Sprayed the cauliflower with avocado oil instead of olive oil.

Very good. I only made half the recipe to try it out; should have made the whole thing…it’s so good.

I’ve made this several times and love it. I usually cut it up early in the day and let it marinate in seasoned oil in the refrigerator until I’m ready to cook it and snack. It’s great with other seasonings too such as seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, and Smokey salt

Taste was great, texture was not the same as popcorn.

This was yummy and quick to make. I read through some reviews and added garlic powder, onion powder, Himalayan salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast. Will make again. Thanks for this recipe. Now I will eat more cauliflower!

Made as per the recipe… It is great. I added just a little melted butter before serving and sprinkled a little grated parmesan on. Upped the calories a bit but oh so worth it. Everyone loved it.

Great recipe. Having made a lot of roasted cauliflower, I have learned that if you wash the cauliflower, then immediately roast it, the result will likely be mushy. I now wash mine the day before, then roast it the next day.

The cauliflower was delicious and we did not adjust the recipe. We are just looking for new healthy ways to eat. We will definitely fix this again. Thanks

I followed directions exactly. I’m not a fan. Didn’t have much taste and didn’t brown well.

I used coconut oil (because of a restrictive food sensitivity diet) and garlic salt. I’m not a huge fan of cauliflower, but this recipe was easy and pretty tasty. Will definitely make it again.

Very easy, very good. I was hesitant to use salt but it really makes a difference. Yummy.

This is so yummy! I just tossed the cauliflower in olive oil in a gallon ziplock and then poured them out onto a cookie sheet Sprinkled them with garlic salt and then baked until they were golden brown (I turned them halfway) Note: Eat them up right away cause its not good microwaved the next day

Used a 2 pound head of cauliflower. Four cloves of garlic grated, some chopped onion, oil, salt, and sprinkled on turmeric. Baked 16 minutes. Maybe I had too much cauliflower? Not much flavor.

My kids won’t touch it but my husband and I love this! He has me make it all the time. It’s delicious as is but I like add a little bit of white pepper and turmeric as well. Thank you for the recipe!

Very good. Makes for a nice change. Makes a good snack but also great side dish. Maybe serve w/ something Italian?

Love this recipe! Great way to get your vegetables in. Easy and delicious.

Kudos to the mom who says her kids love it. I personally LOVE vegetables, but could barely eat this recipe. I guess I expected it to be at least somewhat crispy somewhere but it was pretty mushy. Maybe I overcooked it.

My boys give it a big thumbs-up. Not crunchy, just basically roasted. I did shake-and-bake with olive oil and spices, good and easy! I used Italian seasoning, doll, garlic, pepper. You could easily add chili powder or paprika to kick it up if desired. Yum!

Wow! Fantastic. I had to remember to share. So tasteful and not to mention, low cal. This is a keeper. Loved it.

Made this several times now. My husband and son aren’t usually cauliflower fans but I follow recipe, sprinkle some Parmesan on it and we can’t stop eating until it’s all gone. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
