Reviews
Oh my, we loved this casserole! I really think its the best sweet potato casserole I’ve ever made. My only issue is with the directions. It calls for chopped sweet potatoes and never says to cook or mash them. It made no sense to me that you would have raw sweet potatoes mixed with all the ingredients and then bake. So I boiled and mashed the sweet potatoes and then mixed with the ingredients and baked. I used walnuts instead of pecans, and that sub was perfectly fine. I will make this again!
