Absolutely delicious!

Really enjoyed it. My wife was impressed with being able to eat cauliflower in such a different tasty way.
Kristin Rice
This was delicious! Didn’t change anything. The cauliflower did fall apart so it was more like a casserole but very very good!

We liked it.
Sharon Mitchell
My husband made this and it was delicious.

Next time I would cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces after steaming. It was hard to get the mixture to stick to the sides and it was too good to fall off. It was delicious.

We liked this, tried it for a healthy alternative. The flavor profile of the crumb crust extremely good. Next time I am going to experiment with some different flavors while I steam it and increase the crumb amount. Also I will replace the margarine with butter.

All the crumbs fell off as soon as it was cut. Used different spices, like garlic salt, unsalted butter, Pablo bread crumbs, dried onion flakes and parsley. Flavor was good, but think maybe just cutting the cauliflower and sprinkle the ingredients on top to bake.

So good! I cooked as directed but rather than mixing the seasonings as listed, I used a good (Progresso) Garlic and Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs to which I added the pinch of red pepper. I will make over and over again!

Followed the others suggestion of steaming/cooking it( saved a lot of time), used a veggie stock, then topped it with butter and the breadcrumbs. Surprisingly good! will make this again, Thanks.

Made as described. Loved it!

Careful with the pepper flakes, mine poured out too fast and I couldn’t get enough off, good ting we like spicy!! Very good recipe, will make it again.

It was delicious! Even my guest how doesn’t normally like cauliflower took a second helping. I accidentally over steamed the cauliflower, so it fell apart w

This recipe was easy and delicious. Plus it got my family to eat a vegetable!

My son and I love this….there are never any leftovers! I do double the spices and add more breadcrumbs.

This is interesting looking and a conversation piece. Taste wise it’s ok but, there are so many better ways to eat cauliflower. Probably will not make again.

Made this recipe, added a little seasoning salt to the other spices then just melted the butter onto the cauliflower on the end of a fork and patted the breadcrumbs on with my hands. finished it off on high heat in the smoker, It was awesome

Modified by cutting the cauliflower in pieces and steamed in microwave for 4 minutes. Placed the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish then poured melted butter over the top and sprinkled the bread mixture over everything. Baked for 15 minutes. Loved the flavor of the breading with the cauliflower.

Very easy to make and nice presentation. I melted the butter, as others recommended. Travels well. I will make again.

I made this twice in one week! I poured the melted butter over the entire head of cauliflower then patted on the dry ingredients and kept scooping up what was in the pan and put back on the cauliflower until all of it was on. This was so good and the presentation was impressive. Definitely a hit!

I made it as per directions. It was good.
