Everyone seems to adore them, but they’re great for youngsters. It is simple to transport and can be frozen and heated again throughout the week for a quick breakfast. Mushrooms and onions are available as extra toppings.

Reviews
This recipe worked great. Potatoes were cooked perfectly and the salt and oil added flavor to the potatoes.
run steel skewer thru taters to make em cook faster
Talk about simple. These were excellent! When it comes to baked potatoes, I am lazy and stick them in the microwave. If I have the time, I won’t be doing that anymore. I know the most nutrition is in the peel but I’ve never been a fan. The peel turns out so crispy in this recipe that I gobbled it up. Thanks for sharing!
