This hearty and fresh pasta meal is delicious! The earthy salinity of the anchovies combines wonderfully with the summery freshness of the zucchini and tomatoes.

This is my go to for almost every Event!! It’s affordable, it’s so easy to make, and because it’s so delicious!! I make it just like it says!! A win every time!! My family and friends ALL LOVE your Corn Souffle Casserole and ask for it!! Especially love those crusty corners! Mmm! Ty!!
Excellent recipe – no matter how many times I multiply it, never leftovers. I always add chopped scallions and chopped fresh jalapeños plus sprinkle paprika on top before baking. Great taste and adds awesome color!
This is a classic recipe that never fails; very popular in Texas. Most folks here add jar sliced jalepenos and at least 8ozs of shredded yellow cheese of any type.
Great recipe, texture is wonderful, nice and fluffy, with crunchiness from the corn . We will make it again, although I feel that it lacks flavor, maybe some peppers and onions might help. I am happy I tried it just a little bland. Thanks
This is the second time making this dish I have to say its one of my favorite dishes I can eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack haha thanks
First time trying this dish very delicious. I was looking for something different as a side dish to my pork chops and this proved to be an excellent choice. Can’t wait for another occasion to make it
I doubled the recipe so we’d have left overs. It’s one of my family’s favorite corn recipe. I cooked it for 30 mins as it said here, but it wasn’t done. Cooked it for an additional 10, but it still wasn’t done. 10 mins more and it wasn’t runny in the center of the casserole. I used toothpicks and they came out relatively clean. We ate it, but I put it back in the oven with the oven turned off. You know, practically any recipe where you use a boxed mix seems to take longer. But this recipe is well worth the extra time!
Easy Peezy! I definitely make again!
Followed the recipe exactly . It was great! I plan to make it again for a potluck lunch.
I was craving for corn bread or corn casserole garretes my ingredients NO Sour Cream so I replaced sour cream with the same amount of cream cheese was delicious! Next time I want to follow it as per your recipe must taste great!
Very good and easy.
I made it and forgot to put the butter in. I poked few holes in it and spread some butter on the top and it was great. I only used about 1/4 cup of butter and it was still delicious .
The base of this recipe is very good. However, I added a small can of diced green chilies and 1/3 cup of Sargentos 4 cheddar shredded cheese. It is a huge hit at all gatherings with an added kick.
Very easy but a total waste of butter, flavorless
Hard to keep any leftovers. I’ve made this multiple times and we still can’t save the leftovers.
We are huge regular corn bread lovers, but I wanted to try something a little different. We love the actual corn in this casserole. This recipe is exceptional! So easy and delicious!
Made a double batch twice. First time was excellent. For the second round, I added 1Tbsp each of dried basil and oregano, 2 tsp cayenne powder and substituted the 4 eggs with duck eggs. Will continue to enjoy this recipe.
I didn’t change anything or add anything. It is so delicious. I like all the ingredients, cornbread & corn.
ABSOLUTELY DELISH!!! I’ve prepared this Casserole many times now, and every time it gets better! (Go figure)! This a KEEPER for this family! Thank you all for sharing the recipe! I look forward to more DELISHSIONESS!!! W.L.P.P. (North Carolina)
Just as described, it was delicious. I used Mexican corn and half the amount of butter and cooked it for a full hour.
I got this recipe years ago from the Jiffy Box. On their web site it is called Spoon Bread Casserole. Same as this one. I like to serve with my crab cakes.
