I made them with yams and they turned out well. Topped them off with grated parmesan and Italian seasoning. Turned out well.

This works! This recipe intrigued me because it goes against the recipe given by the manufacturer of my air fryer. I doubled the amount of potatoes. It only needed twenty-five minutes total time. They were crispy outside and fluffy inside. I’ll definitely make this version from now on.

Cooked my fries at 400 as instructed for 15 minutes. Threw some cheese, chives and bacon bits on it and put it in for another 30 seconds. They turned out perfect! Instead of cutting up fries, I purchased some frozen ones. I had no idea how to cook them in a air fryer but this recipe worked perfectly. Thanks!

I used three medium Russet potatoes sliced into thin, 5 mm shoestrings with a mandoline. As the recipe suggested, I soaked the fries and dried them off before tossing them with 1 tbsp of canola oil, also sprinkling them with seasoning salt. I set the air fryer at 375 and used two tiers in my Instant Pot, also crisscrossing two layers of fries in each tier. After cooking for 16 min this first batch was perfect. I didn’t need the second tier for the remaining fries so I removed it. Unfortunately with the same settings, this time the fries were overdone. I will reduce the time if I don’t use two tiers in the future. Overall, very satisfied with my first attempt.

Pretty straight-forward. I cooked it closer to 25 minutes and all were done well enough (fries started out maybe 1/2″ x 1/4″).

Recipes worked well. I made them plain this time for the kids. Next time I’ll try the spices. I cooked all the potatoes at once and shook every 5 or 6 minutes until they were done to my liking.

Quick, easy, and delicious! I cooked them closer to 20 minutes and chose the smoked paprika + grated Parmesan seasoning option.

pretty generic recipe but it works. i used seasoned salt for the first time but possibilities are endless to flavor.

First recipe in the air fryer. Made with sweet potatoes. Delicious, but not at all crispy. I did preheat, so don’t know what went wrong.

I have a Ninja Foodi, so maybe the time and temp is diff. 30 mins at 390°.

I just made this last week! Easy, simple and delicious. I’m craving some now…

When I make again, I may change the time, or remove the basket part way through to check the fries to be the way I prefer.

I have made these many times and they are always good. I make them a bit different but much the same.
