Please be aware that results from air fryers of different sizes and brands may vary. You should cook your asparagus for less time if it is thin.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried bread crumbs
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat a 5.8-quart air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Place asparagus spears in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and seasoned salt.
- Combine grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. Toss with asparagus spears until evenly coated. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and add the asparagus in a single layer. Air fry to desired doneness, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.

Super easy and delicious! Wouldn’t change a thing
I made these as written and I was so surprised at how delicious this was. I can say it’s my new favorite asparagus recipe. It’s easy and very good. I had little stalks and I should have stopped the cooking at 7 minutes. They were a bit over. I’m going to make this again and again. The bowl had a bunch of the bread crumbs mixture and I dumped it on top of the stalks in the fryer before cooking it up. SO GOOD!
