Air Fryer Asparagus

  5.0 – 5 reviews  • Asparagus

In the spring, asparagus is so delicious, and occasionally, you can locate the really thick stalks, as I did. This delicious side dish can be added to a weeknight supper or perhaps something more special in just a few minutes. Please be aware that results from air fryers of different sizes and brands may vary. You should cook your asparagus for less time if it is thin.

I made these as written and I was so surprised at how delicious this was. I can say it’s my new favorite asparagus recipe. It’s easy and very good. I had little stalks and I should have stopped the cooking at 7 minutes. They were a bit over. I’m going to make this again and again. The bowl had a bunch of the bread crumbs mixture and I dumped it on top of the stalks in the fryer before cooking it up. SO GOOD!
