This is so amazing, so simple, and so adaptable! I’ve used pork loin, pork roast, and pork chops with and without bones. As specified in the recipe, you can either sprinkle the salt, pepper, and brown sugar on each layer individually or all at once. Adjust the spices and brown sugar to your liking.

Delicious. I didn’t add the oregano because neither of us really care for it. Next time I’ll cut the amount of butter in half. But it was delicious!
Delicious and moist. One of my favorite recipes.
I made this today for me and my wife and we both absolutely loved it. I had to cook it alittle longer than the stated time but other than that would highly recommend this recipe.
I made this mostly as written, but made a few additions to enhance the flavor. I topped the fish with slices of lemon and rough chopped fresh parsley and the other ingredients listed. This was a wonderful tasting salmon recipe that will be made again and again in our home.
I did the recipe exactly the same but cooked it on the grill. I just placed my foil pouch on a cookie sheet on medium heat (350 degrees). Tasted spool good over fresh greens and sided with the All Recipes Garlic Mashed Cauliflower. Everyone loved it, especially me because it was a fairly quick dinner to put together and very easy.
Delicious! and…i made no changes. thank you 🙂
Simple and delicious just as salmon should be. I do prefer my grilled but this worked great on a day I didn’t feel like firing up the grill.
