I double dare you to try this bizarre mixture, which will give your mouth a serious case of insanity. Eat some luscious peaches, feel the heat creep up on you, and cool off with some ice cream. Also tasty is peach ice cream.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Total Time: 45 mins
Servings: 12
Yield: 12 croquettes

Ingredients

  1. 3 (14.75 ounce) cans salmon, drained and flaked
  2. 3 large eggs
  3. 1 medium onion, diced
  4. 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1 cup seafood breader
  7. ¼ cup vegetable oil for frying, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine salmon, eggs, and onion in a bowl. Season with cayenne and salt; mix well. Place fish fry in another bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. While the oil heats, place a large spoonful of salmon in the palm of your hand and form an oval croquette patty. Place croquettes in the fish fry and flip over to coat. Repeat to form remaining croquettes.
  4. Working in batches, place croquettes in the hot oil and cook until edges have browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side, about 5 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined platter and repeat to cook remaining batches.

Thesewere just ok. There was too many eggs and they needed more seasonings. After adding, Old Bay, black pepper and more salt, they were much better.
