Utilizing potato starch, these homemade, gluten-free noodles are manufactured. They have a texture that is comparable to pad Thai noodles (slippery and sticky on the exterior and firm and chewy on the inside), are flavorless, and are ideal for soaking up the flavor of any sauce.

400 degrees for 20 minutes for 1.6 lbs. Cover loosely with foil. Perfect.
Both of my girls (4 and 9) ate this up! The youngest hesitated then ate it before finishing her sides and requesting leftovers for lunch!
This my go to recipe for salmon. I grill it when the weather is good. Simple ingredients, but it is one of my top two favorite salmon recipes.
Excellent recipe; tasty and easy to make salmon recipe with simple ingredients
I didn’t have lemon pepper so I used lemon juice and black pepper. Broiled for 10 min. Added more fresh lemon juice when served. Delicious!
made this tonight and really wanted to do it exactly as the recipe called for but after scrambling around I could not find our lemon pepper seasoning. so instead of lemon pepper I used Cajun seasoning and the low setting on my ovens broiler. I think my salmon was a little bigger than what the recipe called for so it took a few minutes more definitely just about 10 minutes or so and it was so delicious and buttery and wonderful. My entire family raved and loved it! Great job!! I can only imagine it would be just as good if not better with the lemon pepper seasoning.
This was the simple recipe I was looking for, and turned out excellent. I did make a few changes. I used Brummel and Brown yogurt butter, swapped out the soy sauce for olive oil. I then mixed in the lemon pepper season and dried parsley. I then let the salmon marinate in the fridge for about 2 the 3 hours and then grilled them on my stove using my grill pans.
The salmon was cooked perfectly and I really liked the buttery (used ghee) soy sauce combo. I bought a lemon pepper seasoning made by our local farmer’s market (which is quite tasty) but I just did not use enough of it. I will definitely make this dish again but will just add more lemon pepper seasoning. Try it for a quick and delicious meal. Kudos to the author of this salmon dish!!
Simple, fast, and tasty. Fish remained moist and had a light lemon flavor. I only made half the soy/butter and flipped/brushed halfway through cooking. Wife and 4 year old very happy with dinner.
I made this and it was so good! So easy and delicious!
Loved it
This was delicious. I grilled it aluminum foil to keep it juicy.
Delicious! And easy to halve for one or two servings.
Came out pretty yummy! I followed the receipe 🙂
This was really great. I had salmon fillets and baked 25 mins (covered) at 400 until done. First I brushed them with 1/2 the butter / soy sauce mix and stuck them in the fridge a couple hours. Then i brushed them with the other half and sprinkled with lemon pepper just before baking. I can’t believe how flavorful it turned out!
Grilled on tinfoil in basket on grill
It was just delicious, and I don’t usually eat salmon
This is a wonderful recipe. It was easy to follow after I read a few of the reviews. I baked the salmon filets at 375 for 20 mins. Covered with foil. Then I removed the foil and broiled for 7 mins. I also added some onion powder and a sprinkle of garlic salt. It was delicious.
I made this in my toaster/convection oven, on a foil-lined baking pan. It was done in about 6 minutes. I squeezed a wedge of fresh lemon juice over the fish after cooking. It was delicious! It surprised me that I really couldn’t tell that soy sauce or butter was part of the recipe. It was a great combination!
Just added salt and pepper before everything else
This was delicious. Now I have a new protein recipe for my son! I have never broiled salmon before but it worked beautifully and cooked so fast (I started on high but moved to medium/350 so it wouldn’t dry out or cook too fast). The recipe was fantastic. The only change I made was to add the lemon pepper directly to the sauce for even distribution.
