Grilled Littleneck Clams

This is fantastic if you enjoy hearty casseroles! Green beans are cooked in a cheese sauce that is creamy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  1. 3 pounds littleneck clams, scrubbed and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
  2. Place clams on the upper shelf of the grill (not directly on the grilling surface). Close grill lid and cook until shells start to pop open and clam juice inside starts to sizzle, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the grill and serve.
