With little filler, these salmon cakes are bursting with flavor. Because I dislike salmon in cans, I opted to utilize salmon packets (located in the tuna aisle).

Reviews
We love salmon, so I’m always looking for different ways to prepare it. I followed this recipe as closely as I could with the ingredients I had. I used freshly baked salmon and all dried seasonings rather than the fresh herbs it called for reducing the amount from tbls to tsps and replaced the chervil with dried tarragon. It still turned out great! This was a great find.
Delicious!!!
