Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 ½ tablespoons blackened seasoning
  4. 1 pound catfish fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Whisk melted butter, olive oil, and blackened seasoning together in a small bowl until it forms a paste. Brush paste on both sides of the catfish fillets.
  3. Place fillets in the basket of the air fryer and cook until fish is browned and flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.

Very tasty with a couple of adjustments I added a little garlic powder and a little cayenne pepper for a extra kick
