Ingredients

  1. 1 ¼ cups cashew milk
  2. ¼ cup raw cashews
  3. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds, or more to taste
  5. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
  8. 1 tablespoon dried chopped onion
  9. 1 tablespoon dried dill
  10. 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine cashew milk, cashews, lemon juice, chia seeds, onion powder, salt, and granulated garlic in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add dried onion, dill, and parsley; pulse a few times more.
  2. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 hour.
  3. Feel free to substitute any kind of non-dairy milk for the cashew milk.

This was good. It is a little expensive to make but good. I did think it needed more salt than the recipe called for. I ended up adding some paprika after tasting it but it didn’t end up needing it. I plan to play around with this one a bit to suit our tastes. Great recipe though and one worth making if you are vegan. It was super simple.
