Tzatziki Sauce I

It can be prepared the night before and then grilled in the morning to produce an elegant-looking breakfast or brunch. In order to incorporate them in the sauce, I simply pureed fresh strawberries. Whip some cream on top.

Delicious, added fine diced cucumbers and only had dried dill on hand. Will make again, thank you!

I didn’t have fresh dill so I used dried dill. It was still very good.

I made it just as the recipe is written. I used it on some gyros. The flavors blend a bit better when you make it a few hours in advance, but it you don’t have the time for that, it is still much better than store bought. If you like a bit of cucumber, go ahead and it add!

This was fantastic especially because I didn’t have any cucumbers to make regular tzatziki.

I can eat this 24/7. I used Greek yogurt and added chopped cucumber and since I have mint in my yard, added that too. I dip in pita bread. Soooooo good!

Recipe made the perfect amount for a falafel dinner for 4. I used greek yogurt, added 1/2 of a cucumber finely chopped and only grated in 1 clove of garlic to keep the flavor a little lighter.

I always use Greek yogurt so I did not even notice it was not specifically stated. I added half of a large cucumber and it was great! Took off a star for no cucumber too! But I do think it is delicious!

Added 3/4 cucumber with water squeezed out and a half teaspoon of Turkish red chili flakes

I made this a while ago where has the recipe gone?

Yummy! Definitely adding it to my repertoire.

This is amazing and probably much better with fresh dill opposed to the dry .

I added cucumber – peeled, seeded. Put it all in the blender for a smoother texture.

Very good! I did add half a cucumber to the recipe, but I couldn’t figure out how to make the sauce not so runny. still tasted amazing and used it for two different meals! Definitelty holding on to this recipe!

Very quick and simple recipe. Came out really well. Had to substitute Lemon juice with lime juice but did not change the overall taste composition of the sauce

It is now a go to recipe for everything from veggies to breads and of course gyros. Outstanding! I added diced onion and left half slices if cucumber on side. Better than the packaged forms for sure.

Delicious! Added chopped and seeded cucumber, otherwise followed recipe exactly! Went delicious with lamb burgers!

Inexpensive, easy, reliable, tasty. Always better than store-bought. Prepare well in advance so the flavors can develop.

This is a delicious cucumber-free tzatziki sauce. If you’re like me, you don’t always have cucumber in the house and you just don’t feel like going to the store, then this is the recipe for you. I always make it as prescribed and it always turns out wonderful.

Awesome recipe…I followed the recipe and it came out perfect

Really like this! I added thin slices of cucumber to it and did not add the pepper (I don’t like pepper).

Way too much garlic and I am a garlic lover. Do not use more than 1 clove garlic. I used Greek yogurt, seeded cucumber and omitted the olive oil
