Best is simplicity. It only takes two ingredients to make a wonderful dessert. Serve this compote by itself or alongside ice cream or whipped cream. It can also be spread on toast, crepes, and pancakes.

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  2. ½ lemon, juiced
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. ¼ cup olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce, or more to taste
  6. ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  7. salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic together in a bowl. Slowly pour olive oil in a fine stream into yogurt mixture while constantly mixing with a whisk or in a food processor. Whisk Sriracha hot sauce into yogurt mixture; fold in feta cheese. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
