Never been a fan of raspberry dressing but this is the first one I really like to my own surprise. A bit tart though , what is the best way to reduce tartness ? add water or add honey or simply reduce the vinegar ?

Put it on a spinach salad with strawberries almonds mandarin oranges & green onion. Yummy

I’ll give it a solid 4.5 I love the fact it is a relatively simple dish with limited, common ingredients. I used a President’s Choice (store brand) double fruit raspberry jam and I think next time I’ll need to try a different one as it didn’t carry a real raspberry flavour. Threw in some fresh ones to try to rescue it. Love the balance with a tart kick!

Delicious but really sweet. Made it with All Fruit. Next time I will make it with regular rice vinegar and a little salt. Does not need more sugar!

Too much vinegar. I use the 3 to 1 ratio for vinaigrette. 3 parts oil to 1 part acid. That’s a vinaigrette.

I used blueberry jam in place of the raspberry . Delicious!!

I have made this recipe many times and always love it. I use whatever mild vinegar that I have on hand and blend and store using my Magic Bullet. I use the dressing on a salad consisting of Bibb and or leaf lettuce, sugared walnuts, blueberries, and goat cheese. It’s an easy salad to prepare for parties.

Very fast, easy recipe. I did add a little honey because the tartness of the vinegar was a little too much. Other then that made it as written. Very good!

Love this dressing! I made it for a dinner party and everyone raved about the salad. FYI you only need a very light drizzle of it.

5 stars for delicious salad dressing. Simplicity works! ****Ok it’s now a few days later. This stuff should be illegal. Every night it’s a party in my mouth. ****OMG – misplaced recipe & had to view again = major watering mouth just thinking about this vinaigrette!

I needed a good raspberry vinaigrette for my dinner party, and was pretty sure I had a jar of seedless raspberry jam. When it came time, I found out I was wrong. However, I did have a jar of apricot jam, so I used that. I got numerous compliments on this dressing, it really was easy and fabulous. Keeper!

Delicious! I used strawberry jam instead of raspberry and it is great. My guests have loved this vinaigrette

Very good. I used low sugar jam so it was a little strong. I added a bit more oil & jam & it’s perfect.

Made this twice. First time followed the recipe but used apple cider vinegar. Delicious! Stores well in the fridge. Second time added a bit of crushed dried oregano, garlic powder and onion power. Double delish! Great recipe.

Delicious. I served it over a salad of iceberg lettuce, with sliced apples, cucumbers, red onions, candied pecans & dried cranberries.

Used this on “Spring Strawberry Salad with Chicken” and it was a hit with everyone. The only drawback is this makes a lot of dressing. Next time I will only make a 1/4 of the recipe. I used a fruit spread rather than a jam to avoid the high fructose corn syrup and a lower sugar content.
