Mixed Berry Sauce

This is really simple! Peas, carrots, broth, and tender chicken meat are combined in a crust and baked. On a cold day, eat something hot to warm your taste senses and stomach! similar to what Grandma used to cook.

Quick easy recipe. I used up the berries I currently had (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries). I also added a teaspoon of vanilla to Step 2. Will definitely be making this again.

This was great! I did put the sugar in the first step accidentally but it worked out. It made enough for about 8 slices of French toast. I bet it would be delicious with just strawberries next time.

Yum Yum! Loved how simple this recipe was to make. I served it over waffles. It does reduce down, so I would recommend doubling this recipe.
