When I visit, my father prepares this as a special treat. I love eating it forever. A frigid winter day is the perfect opportunity to warm up (and fill up). Oyster crackers are a must-have!

Make it all the time and love it!
So delicious! Even better than most restaurants! I will never buy store-bought dressing again. This was easy to make and has amazing flavor.
I made this once to bring to a party and ever since, I haven’t bought salad dressing because this is so easy and so good. It’s kind of a cross between Caesar, blue cheese and creamy garlic. I make it exactly as written, and serve with mixed spring greens, thinly sliced red onion, shaved Parmesan, and other salad veggies. Perfection!
I’ve been using this recipe for years (really), and my family loves it! Big thank you to Ingrid for sharing her yummy recipe!
Delish!
This is a very good caesar dressing recipe. When I started making it, I did not realize I did not have anchovies but when I was done, I did not notice the lack of them. I will make it with anchovies next time and compare.
Okay, so I hate it when people change everything about a recipe and then rate it. That being said, I had a lime instead of a lemon and I had no blue cheese anything so didn’t include that or the anchovies. It was still delicious so I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that this recipe, as written, would also be delicious.
This is my FAVORITE dressing to make! Everyone loves it. I use it for salads, chicken Caesar wraps, as a spread on my sandwiches and as a veggie dip! This gets 10 stars!!!
Loved this dressing! Only thing I charged was add it with fat free greet yogurt. Very yummy!
This was great! A tad too garlicky. Maybe try 2.
Best caesar dressing ever!
very flavorful! I didnt have the bleu cheese dressing but it’s great without it.
So good! I used more garlic than called for, but, probably was not necessary. Very yummy, quick and easy to make. Just plan a bit ahead
All the rave reviews are correct. This is a fantastic dressing recipe. I needed a last minute Caesar dressing on Thanksgiving, and proceeded to make this dressing with mostly the designated ingredients. My skeptical daughter-in-law looked on as I optimistically mixed everything up. I said the reviews looked good, and you win some and you lose some. … and this is a winner! She asked to keep the leftovers, and wanted the recipe.
Delicious! I used this as a dipping sauce for Parmesan-encrusted Brussels sprouts. My friends and a loved it!
Best Caesar Dressing recipe! Whole family loved it! So much better than any you can buy!
Outstanding. Followed recipe to a T. My go-to Caesar Salad dressing. Thank you!
I was making lasagna for dinner, and I had everything I needed except the Caesar dressing. Saved!! Thank you for the submission, it is a very good dressing, and it uses what most people will have on hand.
WOW THAT’S GOOD
This stuff is freaking good. It had kind of a strong bleu cheese taste, so I might cut back on that or use a different brand. Otherwise, tasted great.
I have been making this every week for months (years maybe). Caesar salad is my family’s fav and this dressing rocks. I do add the anchovy paste. The only change is that I just add 2T blue cheese crumbles in place of the dressing. So so good. Thanks for the recipe!!
