Made it exactly as described and used it to make BBQ chicken thighs for my kids. It’s extremely good. I had to buy more chicken so I could make the same thing again the next day.

I wanted a good recipe for Honey BBQ Sauce and this was the first one that I tried. No need to look any further. This is a great sauce and exactly what I was looking for. I will be making this many more times.

This was easy to make and is sweet with a little kick. I doubled the recipe except for the cayenne pepper as the cayenne I have is a bit hotter than most. You can adjust the spiciness by how much cayenne you use.

Unfortunately I ran out of onion powder so used extra garlic powder. Tastes awesome. This recipe fits great in an HP bottle and keeps for a long time in the fridge.

I made this sauce to put on a meatloaf. Since it is a ketchup-based sauce it worked perfectly for my meal because I prefer a ketchup-heavy topping for my meatloaf.

OMFG. I made this sauce expecting it to be tasty, but this is downright delicious. Whoever came up with this recipe needs a Michelin Star. Best homemade sauce I’ve ever had. Excuse my crappy picture, this sauce is fantastic though.

I love this bbq sauce for it’s tanginess. While making it, I made an error and put in 1/2 cup of vinegar so I offset it by using a 1/4 teaspoon of sugar. This will be a nice addition to my bbq recipes. Thanks for post it.

This is excellent and easy! We loved it. It has a little kick to it but not too much. Absolutely delicious on grilled drumsticks. Try it, you may never go back to store bought!

Tastes waaaay better than store bought!!! I have made this recipe five or six times now. Hubby and I cut back in added sugars, and with bbq sauce being full of it, I wanted to make some. I love this recipe, I usually adjust the spices a bit to give it a little more kick – but I like spice! I recently bought some sugar free bbq sauce from the store when I was short on time .. this recipe was 1000x better!!!!!!!!! It’s only about half a dollar cheaper than buying store bought where I live .. but the time is totally worth the taste…. Got to go make another batch now! Burgers for dinner ?

Added a couple of ingredients that were listed on the molasses jar… Dijon mustard and worchestershire sauce.

Loved it. The only addition I felt was needed was a splash of Worcestershire sauce.

Soooo good!! I changed the recipe a touch. I used plain tomato sauce instead of ketchup, rice vinegar for the vinegar, I added Worcestershire sauce, and a ton of habanero hot sauce because I love my sauces spicy!!! I also omitted the molasses which gave it a thinner consistency but I am okay with that.
