Loved this! Used my hand blender. Made a little over a carafe full. Enjoyed it over Italian grilled chicken salad and beef fajita salad. Very, very good!

My God this is so delicious. The only thing I didn’t exactly follow was the onion. I used a red/purple onion. It was a large one so I used a 1/3 of it. Amazing salad dressing! Keeping and using it again. Now I will for sure be making more Spinach Salads.

I replaced the sugar Aguava and used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. Also, added a touch of lime.

A very good and simple dressing. It went over a romaine, chicken, pear, apple, and feta salad. Wonderful flavor.

I had to reduce the quantities as it was just for the two of us and I didn’t want have more in case it wasn’t something we enjoyed. in the end it was amazing, will add pine seeds next time because I intend to make it again.

We love this dressing! I marinated my salmon fillet with this and also used some of the dressing over the greens I had with the salmon. It was delicious…and I didn’t change a thing.

This is good although I did not add any white sugar, added lite soy sauce and Dijon mustard

This is delicious!!! I followed to the “T” and I added 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard to help cut the strong vinegar taste and to help emulsify …it is outstanding…gotta give it a try…. Thank you for sharing this

Red pepper flakes are a great change/addition to this recipe! I accidentally bought honey goat cheese and included about a tablespoon in the dressing and it tasted great and got a bit creamy! It was great over any salad, especially one with spinach, strawberries, honey goat cheese and French fried jalapeños. Yum!

Excellent! I was looking for a balsamic dressing to drizzle over sliced tomatoes and whole mozzarella slices with basil. It blended perfectly! Thank you!

This was really good. It just needed a bit more tang so I’ll add more vinegar next time.

Made this exactly by the recipe. It was really great! Best dressing I’ve had in a long time. The one thing I would change is I would only make 1/2 a recipe for my family of 4. I did not enjoy it as much on day 2.

Better than any bottled dressing. I make it all the time

I could drink this. I did not measure, I approximated into my BlendTec using dried minced onions, 2 garlic cloves, a couple long squeezes of raw local honey, a few grinds of Trader Joe’s seasoning that has mustard seed, pepper, salt and some other herbs, a handful of shakes if red pepper flakes. I forgot sugar, but didn’t need it. After well blending I poured in the olive oil while it was blending… it turned creamy from emulsifying. I love sweet balsamic, so it worked for us. My FB post – Delisciousness… over baby spinach, rotisserie chicken, raspberries, blueberries, blue cheese, and chopped cinnamon almonds. Wish I took a picture. Hubby went for 2nds.

I followed the recipe exactly…well, almost exactly. I had a store brand bottle of balsamic vinegar which I used, and the dressing was REALLY strong and bitter. So, I trashed that, ran to the store and got a good brand, remade, and my wife and I absolutely loved it. We preferred a pinch of salt, which enhanced the flavors greatly. Thank you for sharing a great recipe.
