We have used this family recipe for a long time. We adore it served alongside our turkey on Thanksgiving. also tastes great on beef, pig, and chicken. Serves as a delicious treat over vanilla ice cream or as an appetizer with crackers. To avoid overdoing it, I prefer to add the orange zest a couple tablespoons at a time. If necessary, add additional sugar at the very end of cooking, 1 tablespoon at a time.

This is a simple recipe with a great result! It is very similar to my usual method, but the little extra from the tequila really adds a nice zing. I will be making this again!
Great tasty recipe. I put all the cranberries in at once instead of half at a time as the recipe calls for. I also added a pinch of nutmeg & a healthy dash of cinnamon.
