Air Fryer Ranch-Stuffed Olives

  5.0 – 1 reviews  • Ranch Dressing Recipes

There is no need for dipping sauce because the ranch is already included in these air-fried olives, which come out incredibly crunchy.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 25 mins
Servings: 6
Yield: 18 olives

Ingredients

  1. 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix
  3. 1 (5.75 ounce) can jumbo pitted black olives, drained
  4. ½ cup all-purpose flour
  5. 1 large egg, beaten
  6. 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  7. 1 serving nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Mix cream cheese and ranch powder in a bowl until evenly combined. Spoon mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Snip off a small corner with scissors and pipe cheese mixture into olives.
  3. Place flour in a bowl. Place egg in a separate bowl and bread crumbs in a third bowl. Coat olives first in flour, then in egg, back in flour, back in egg, and finally in bread crumbs. Place olives in the basket of the air fryer and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  4. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 8 minutes; shaking halfway through cook time.

Great recipe, I didn’t use all of the ranch cream cheese mix so next time I might reduce the amount of cheese to 2 ounces instead of the recommended 3 ounces. This might seem redundant but make sure to have a splash pan under the olives as they fry up. Otherwise bits of cheese and panko will drop onto the bottom and make a huge mess.
