Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise, preferably Hellmann’s
- 1/4 cup minced dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons chardonnay vinegar
- 2 spicy banana peppers, minced
- 1/4 bunch fresh dill, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, pickles, capers, vinegar, banana peppers and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with your favorite seafood, such as grilled shrimp.
