Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  2. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
  5. 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  6. 1 medium clove garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the peanut butter, hoisin, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice and garlic in a medium bowl. Whisk in 4 tablespoons water. The sauce should be a thick enough to coat the back of a spoon but still drip off lightly. Add another tablespoon or two of water if the sauce needs thinning.
