When I saw vinegar as the main ingredient for a wing sauce at first I wasn’t interested. I love vinegar, but the thought of pairing it with wings didn’t really appeal to me. However, I’m always open to trying something new. Yeah, I should’ve went with my instincts. Was not for me. I’ll stick to my other wing sauces that don’t contain much vinegar and sugar.

These have been my go-to wings, along with one of my own concoctions. Addictive and delicious are only two of the adjectives I would use for these. Winner

The sauce is delicious and really a snap to put together. It is enough for at least 24 wings. But be prepared to use a whole lot of napkins.  It was really a mess to eat, not a good first date meal!

Jeff, you’ve done it again. This is delicious however I used Calabrian chili paste instead of the crushed red peppers. Tossed it with large grilled shrimp and served over Bobby Flays coconut rice . Topped it with green onions and cilantro !!! AWESOME!
