Ingredients

  1. 1 cup yogurt
  2. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  3. 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  4. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  5. 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  7. Pinch ground cayenne

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, mint, lemon extract, salt, turmeric, cumin and cayenne in a bowl and mix well.

This sauce is so easy to put together.  The turmeric is a great addition and a good health benefit. Love the addition of mint – !  I now keep veggies in the frig so that I can enjoy them with this sauce.

This dip is awful.  It is over spiced lemon mess!!! It is the lemon extract. Don’t use it or try it.
