Reviews
Per other comments I reduced the ginger to one tablespoon. I seared then baked the wings at high temperature and slopped on the bbq sauce and cooked for five more minutes. Very well received by my party guests.
I used 1 tablespoon of ginger instead of the 1/4 cup called for in the recipe. I basted salmon fillets with the sauce. My wife and and thought it was very good. I am going to try it on some chicken thighs next.
Way too much ginger, disappointed
