Reviews
Very easy and just what I was looking for. I substituted semi-sweet for bittersweet and it was perfect with the red wine I enjoyed with it.
This ganache is as beautiful as it is delicious! It has a beautiful shine and it so easy to make.
I’ve always made something similiar to this, using the corn syrup as well as the other ingredients. I just try to use good quality chocolate and pure vanilla. I like the fact that it tastes good without the addition of any type of alcohol. Thanx! JK
