Calabrian Pizza Ranch

Pizza Ranch is a real thing in the Midwest. I would love to say I invented it, but I can’t take the credit…but with the addition of the funky and spicy Calabrian chile, I definitely perfected it!

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 cup buttermilk
  3. 2 tablespoons crushed Calabrian chile flakes
  4. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  5. 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh dill
  6. 1/2 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  7. 1/3 teaspoon kosher salt, or more as needed
  8. 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  9. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, buttermilk, Calabrian chile flakes, garlic, dill, honey, salt, mustard and pepper in a bowl. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  2. Use for drizzling over a slice of pizza.
