Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup apricot jam
  2. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha, plus more if desired
  5. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more if desired
  6. 2 cloves garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the jam, vinegar, ginger, sriracha, salt, garlic and 2 tablespoons water in a medium bowl. Taste and season with more salt as needed.
