Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha, plus more if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more if desired
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
Instructions
- Whisk together the jam, vinegar, ginger, sriracha, salt, garlic and 2 tablespoons water in a medium bowl. Taste and season with more salt as needed.
