Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat toast
- 1 tsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 slice tomato
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves, rinsed, patted dry and thinly sliced
- 1 egg, cooked (poached or scrambled)
Instructions
- Toast bread slices. Evenly spread I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread on toast.
- Top one slice toast with cooked egg and tomato; sprinkle with spinach, then top with remaining slice toast.

Toasted an english muffin, sprayed a pan with butter flavor Pam, wilted the spinach and placed on half of the muffin, topped with a slice of tomato and thin slices of cheddar. Fried an egg in the same pan. Put it all together and zapped 15 seconds to reheat the muffin and help the cheddar melt. No added salt except from the cheese.
